Duties and Responsibilities
i. Undertake menu crafting and tailored meal planning that caters to various dietary requirements
ii. Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of meals
iii. Determine quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served, taking into account diets to meet medical, ethnic and personal needs, with help from doctors and nurses
iv. Kitchen stock management.
v. Ensure the necessary hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen and dining room as appropriate.
Qualifications
• Certificate in food production from a recognized institution
• Food handler’s certificate.
• Relevant experience in food industry
Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer.
Job description.
· Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up appointments, bookings and follow-up for clients.
· Organize and execute everyday administrative tasks to ensure that the medical office runs smoothly and successfully.
· Manage insurance information.
· Maintain contact lists of all clients and vendors.
· Develop and maintain a filing system.
· Managing hospital supplies.
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
· Screening phone calls and routing callers as appropriate.
· Assist visitors in the institution.
· Manage the hospital inventory.
